OEM mirror. Parts mirror. Mirror does have blind spot, heated glass, power mirror, turn signal, camera, and ground lighting on the underside. The trim around the base of the mirror is cracked in mutliple spots as shown. Puddle light is missing and the turn signal lens is broken as well. The mirror cap does have some scuffs and scratches as well. Look pictures over closely, will come exactly as seen in pictures. Part number is pictured.
