Complete take off. There are a few rock chips and scratches here and there that are pictured. The black trim piece does have some scuffs and a bump mark as pictured on the passenger side end. Scuffs and scratches through the paint on the passenger side near the center step and hitch. You will want to repaint the bumper if you want perfect. Parking sensors are included. Wiring is included on the backside of bumper. 
All of the flaws are pictured or mentioned to the best of our ability. Comes exactly as pictured. 

Will be shipped FREIGHT so please ask for a shipping quote BEFORE purchasing. Will be much cheaper to ship to a commercial address with a dock or forklift. Please provide your zip code and whether or not this will be shipped to a home or business address when asking for a quote. Plan on spending 175-300 for freight on bumper.

Returns are to be okay'd before sending back. There will be a 20% restocking fee on anything returned plus original shipping fee. Freight items are non returnable. All electronic items are non returnable for any reason, example... Radios, cluster, ecu's, amps, ect.. Do your research before you purchase any parts. We are not responsible for a part not being compatible with your vehicle. If your having a issue with a part not working as it should. You will have 30 days to get with us on a return. Sorry but 60, 90 days or 120 days we will not accept it.
