Take out of a 2019 Ford Mustang GT

RH/passenger side door panel does have leather insert. Top of the door panel is soft. There are some light scuffs at the bottom of the door panel. Pretty light, not all that bad. There is a mark on the arm rest from the seat bag blowing out. That will not come off, its like a burn mark. Plastic tab on the backside of door panel in the corner is missing the metal clip and its a little fragile.
Please look closely at the pictures. Comes exactly as pictured.
