Complete take off. There are a few rock chips and scratches here and there. The lower valance looks to be in good shape with little wear. Some light rash on the bottom of the valence. 2 broken tabs both on the passenger side. There is some scratching and rash on the bumper on both sides. They are deeper scratches. Orange scuff mark and indent near the license plate mounting. Not a perfect bumper. Will require some work and repaint if you want perfect.
