Leather and suede like material. Suede is in nice shape. Could use a better cleaning. There is a good sized stain on the seat bottom. Will just need to replace the bag and top cover.\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eDriver side seat is in great shape as shown. Did NOT blow out the side of the seat. Light staining on the suede material.
