LH/driver side door panel does have leather insert. Premium door panel design. Make sure design matches what you currently have, there are several different designs. Top of the door panel is soft. There is some scuffing at the bottom of the door panel. There is some light scuffing at the top of door panel as well. There is a nick at the top back side edge of door panel that is pictured. Could use a light cleaning.
Please look closely at the pictures. Comes exactly as pictured.
