The rim is in good condition. There are a few scuffs and rock chips from everyday driving. The black painted part of wheel does have quiet a bit of surface scratches. There is some light rash on lip of wheel that is pictured. The inside of the wheel does have some tire machine marks from removing tire. TPMS is not included.
Comes exactly as pictured.

Customer will pay all shipping expenses on returns and will not be refunded what was paid for shipping charges.
