This is an OEM spoiler. These are held on with 4 nuts, and 3M tape so you will have to drill more holes if car isnt equipped with spoiler now. There is a scuff through the paint and into the plastic. Will require little filler to get shape back. The rest of the spoiler is in good shape. Will need repainted to be perfect.
