Rear seats are in good shape as most are but could use a really good cleaning and conditioning. 

Passenger seat leather looks and feels very dry, could use a nice reconditioning or replace the covers. I would say replace is the only option though as the cover is also torn near the inner shoulder. More than likely from becoming dried out and stretching too much. The pattern did move on the seat due to the hard leather. Some light cracks in the bottom seat cover as well. Some decent wear on both bolsters. Scratches on the side plastics as shown. Light mark on the backside of the seat in the leather as well. 

Driver seat is the same as passenger. The leather is very dry and hard. The pattern has started to shift due to that reason. There are some big cracks and splits in the leather on the bolster and lower seat cover as shown. Best bet for this set is to replace all the covers with new ones. Seats are NOT blown out. 
 

These are complete take outs, front and rear seats.  Will not split them up.
