Trim on the spokes is in okay shape. There are some marks and light scratches from everyday use. Buttons do have some wear through the finish as seen in pictures. Leather on the steering wheel does have some wear at the top of wheel. Take a good look at the pictures as it will come exactly as pictured. You can zoom in on the pictures. Very easy to install.
