I dont remember if seats had memory. They will only be a direct fit into a car if they had memory option.

These are black premium leather seats. Both front seats are power.
Rear seats are in pretty nice shape as most are.
Passenger seat is in pretty nice shape. Not much wear to speak of. Never blown out.
Driver seat side is blown out. There are a few indents on the lower cushion. Indent on the headrest from parts being in the car. There is some wear on the bolster as pictured. Side of the seat did blow out the stitching. Didnt appear to rip out the leather.
These are complete take outs, front and rear seats. Will not split them up.
Comes exactly as pictured.
