RH/passenger side door panel does have leather insert. Top of the door panel is soft. There is a scuff on the arm rest area. Some bluing in the lower pocket of door as pictured. Take a close look at the pictures, all the flaws are pictured. Some light scuffs on the lower door panel. Overall a good door panel
