Missing glass. Im not a 100% sure what glass is should be but I think judging by the colors of the wires is heated glass. I cant guarantee what glass it should be sorry.
Mirror is in good condition. LH/driver folding mirror. Turn signal and puddle light with unknown glass. Glass is missing. Painted part of mirror is missing some paint on the edge of cap and some deep nicks and scratches. If you want perfect paint you may need to repaint it. Pictures of exact condition.
