This is a genuine OEM 2020 Mustang GT500 steering rack. There is a tab around the steering shaft that is broke off that would hold a snap ring. Still holds it but tab is missing. Look at the pictures. Steering rack is in working condition. Missing one outer tie rod. Will need boot clamps. Part number is pictured.
