Complete take off. There is a scuff on the LH side of bumper through the paint so it will require some work. There are a few rock chips as well here and there. The lower valance looks like someone bumped into it and there is some rash on the bottom of it as pictured. I believe is the LH side of lower valance as well that wheel opening of valance is chewed up. Not a perfect bumper. Will require some work and repaint if you want perfect.
